SRO with the auspices of it is diaspora health organization, Kaalmo Health Organization (KHO) based in Oslo, Norway. Trained over 60 Midwives from the far reaching villages of Sool, Sanaag and Togdheer region. The objective was to reduce the health complications facing the mothers in the far and inaccessible villages that dies in the hands of traditional birth attendants (TBA), so far the rate has reduced although there is more that needs to be done for the realization of better result and positive impact.
