Before the recent intervention of Somaliland Development Fund (SDF) that constructed different section of the hospital that was very important and need. SRO and Kaalmo (KHO) made an intervention in the rehabilitation of different sectors of the Hospital (Laboratory, Operation theatre, Male & Female Ward and HIV/AID rooms and the construction and equipping of new Administration room and Blood Bank room with the best and high quality Human blood refrigerators. These made the communities to have a better hope is seeking health services in the General Hospital more than before.
