SRO operates in a drought prone regions of Sool, Sanaag and Togdheer region, a year will not elapse without the realisation of having emergency alarming report on drought that often ravages all the pastoral communities means of livelihood (Livestock) Such times communities will exhaust all their means of coping strategies. SRO intervene is such a situation through the provision of Emergency Water Trucking to the destitute drought stricken people with a live saving water in the farthest locations of the region but strictly adheres to the universal Sphere standards for Emergency response.
